Model NF81-1

The machine serves for the pressurising of fire extinguisher containers different size up to 12 kg powder contents with nitrogen and/or helium via the extinguisher valve through the riser pipe.

The containers which can be filled are placed by hand into the machine and set on the preset prism.

The pressure is controlled automatically
by a digital manometer with limited switch.

In the automatic operation becomes after clearing of the two - hand circuit

Ø             the cover hood lowered

Ø             the interlock closes and fixes the armature

Ø             the filling heading to the valve opening and presses the conical nipple in slightly

Ø             the fire extinguisher valve is opened

Ø             the helium filling cycle is started and terminated after a preset time

Ø             the nitrogen filling cycle is afterwards started and terminated after to achieve the adjustable current and the required filling pressure

Ø             the fire extinguisher valve is closed thereafter

Ø             the pressure conducting line system is relieved

after acknowledgement that the system is pressure-free,

Ø             it becomes the filling heading back driven

Ø             the interlock opened

Ø             the cover hood opens
