The machine is working with a vacuum system.

The quantity to be filled into the container can be set and is measured accurately by a digital scale.

The machine contains a suction and a shut-off valve, a height adjustable filling head, a programmable

digital scale, complete with
pneumatic and electric control.

Brief technical description

The purpose of our automatic powder filling machine AW 01, which have been used for many years mainly for initial filling of fire extinguishers, is the dust free filling of fine and finest grained powder. Even through smallest orifices unobjectionable and smooth filling is possible. Optionally we also offer filling of plastic bottles and bags.

For accurate dosing we offer our model AW 01 with digital scale and automatic cut-of. With this machine a filling accuracy of 1kg ± 5%;   2kg ± 3%;   ³3kg ± 2% is achieve.

Change-over to another type of cylinder is simple possible in short time.

The fire extinguishing cylinder is manually inserted, then the automatic filling operation is released by pushing the button.

For automatic charging, a commercial conveyor belt may be attached to the machine.

To ensure a faultless operation it is important to have at all times a sufficient quantity of quiet de-aerated powder at the silo outlet.
